I have this exact generator installed at my home. It has performed flawlessly through numerous power outages. The key to any brand automatic generator is professional installation and start-up. Most electricians do not have the proper training to install and DIYers should NOT attempt installing at all. The National Electric Code should be followed for a safe installation. You may get a low price buying on-line but you'll get much better service (including warranty) buying locally from an authorized dealer.
