This is my first test of a Lifan Product. Arrived unharmed from shipping. I have had good experiences with 2 Champion 4000W non inverter type generators for my property in N MN which is off the grid and wanted to try a quieter remote controlled model. I filled with Lucas 10w30 Lucas Synthetic Oil (meets the SJ requirement stated in the manual) and nonoxengenated premium as usual. Hooked up the supplied battery, and it started right up. Tested the remote control by walking down the driveway, pushed the remote start button and she fired up. I am looking forward using this and it's also looking like my other Champion is going to be back up power from now on (a very reliable generator too). There's two things I am looking into: A) How to adjust the valve clearances after longer usage and B) If there's any way to extend the run time with a hose connected to the an auxiliary tank like you can on a Honda EU. - Customer Reviews
