I bought this to power our camper while we were at the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival. They have NO hookups.I borrowed a 1500 watt last year, & it would not handle the A/C on our camper.This worked GREAT. I read one review that it arrived in bad shape. Mine arrived in perfect shape. It was well packed, with plenty of thick foam packing. It had 2 packing braces that had to be removed.Most reviews complain about being a pain putting oil in it. I simply tipped on its side & used a small funnel.After adding oil, I filled with gas, put choke on, turned the key, & it fired right up. Runs like a champ.The electric start is great.A little heavy, takes 2 people to lift it into the truck. Not as quiet as a Honda. But at half the price,it is easy to compromise.There was a 3000i Honda at the festival that hardly made any noise, but I'm sure it was over 2000 dollars.Fairly quiet.For the price & the fetchers it cant't be beat,especially when their is no tax & no shipping.Can't say anything bad, for the price. - Customer Reviews
