I ordered this item to prepare for hurricane Sandy. Although I did not get to use it while my power was out, I did put it together and ran it to make sure it worked. This generator had the best packaging from the manufacturer. Everything was protected very well. I had ordered another generator from a more well known brand and that one arrived broken, the Durostar arrived with out a scratch. Assembly is pretty straight forward and it starts easily. The oil fill hole is a little awkward to get to but I can live with it. It is not very loud which is a good thing.It looks well made for the price and I hope I never really need to use it,If you know what I mean.. - Customer Reviews
