I totally agree with Pat Sea Gal. I use them for backup power and they just hum along nicely. Most of the time I can get by with just one by using a homemade load shedding device that automatically disconnects some circuits when the furnace/AC comes on line. I have Honda power equipment that takes lots of abuse and keeps on ticking. I suspect these little Champions aren't quite as tough so I'll give them a little more TLC.
