Champion Power Equipment 46596 4000-Watt Portable Generator

Setup is easy. I would highly recommend getting the accessory wheel kit, which makes it a lot easier to move the generator around. It started right up on the first pull and is much quieter than I expected. The first time we used it it ran for about 11 hours on about 2 gallons of gas. We did not want an over sized generator as everyone learned after Sandy getting gas is not always as easy as you think. The generator provided enough power to keep our refrigerator, freezer, a few fans and some lights running. We also ran the TV and DirectTV for part of the day. The oil drain plug is in an odd spot, but easy to get to. It is above part of the frame, so some oil will get on the frame while draining the oil.
