Champion Power Equipment 46533 4,000 Watt 196cc 4-Stroke Gas Powered Portable Generator (CARB Compliant)

I purchased this generator because it has a power plug that would connect directly to my RV without an adapter. I easily mounted the generator onto the rear rack of my RV. It has a good muffler on it, and although out of the box it is quieter than any lawn mower engine that I have ever owned. I was able to make this generator quiet down even more by removing the spark arrestor, and mounting an additional muffler into the outlet where the arrestor was located, the additional muffler that I installed is a Small Engine Muffler that is designed to fit a Honda GX120, GX160 and GX200. I am not sure of the exact model number of the Muffler, but it angles the exhaust away from my RV, it does not seem to take power away from the generator. It runs everything at once in my RV without any problems at all. I was running the Air Conditioner, Refrigerator / Freezer, Lights, Television with Amplified Antenna, and my RV also has a converter that keeps the battery charged in it, so the generator was providing a pretty good load with no issues. You will need about a quart of 10W-30 Oil, and per instructions add some gasoline stabilizer to the gasoline that you use. Cranks right up and works great. - Customer Reviews
